New Distribution Portal: Create new releases with the new content uploader and manage your existing catalog in the all new Distribution Portal.
Royalty Splits: Seamlessly add royalty splits for your releases from the user portal. Easily track the splits you created and the splits you have been added to.
Sales Reporting & Wallet: You can now easily monitor your earnings reports and view sale breakdowns. View earnings by song and by delivery channel. Quickly transfer money and review transactions in the new Wallet.
Payments by Venmo: We have added payouts by Venmo, currently available for U.S residents only. We are currently integrating more payout options for our next update.
Site Notifications: We have added and improved site notifications and email notifications.
Improvements to Playlisting Portal: General improvements were made to the playlist portal.
Improvements to Sync / Publishing Portal: General improvements were made to the sync/publishing portal.
General UI/UX improvements: You will notice the look and feel of the site has improved across the different sub-services we offer.
Analytics: You can now view daily analytics and trend reports in the Analytics area. See engagement, skip rates, and saves. We will be adding more analytics from different delivery channels in the upcoming weeks, as well as more useful and insightful data.
Improvements to the Greenlist Requests: The “Whitelist” is now the “Greenlist” and we have made general UI/UX improvements to the process.
Account Preferences: Add artist and label preferences to your account to proactively manage and release new content. Save uploader settings and artist information defaults.
Added “Dark Mode” to the site: Toggle the Too Lost website to dark mode for late night viewing
New Help Center: Head on over to help.toolost.com for support articles. View, respond and create support tickets.
Newsletter: You can now subscribe to the Too Lost newsletter from the Account section to stay informed.
TikTok Sound Edits: You can now edit the start time of your TikTok sound. Please use https://support.toolost.com/ and select “Music Delivery Issue” as the reason for contacting. Options for TikTok edits will be provided.
Added Delivery Channels: SoundExchange, Kanjian and TrackDrip. Delivery to Snapchat, Joox and Triller coming this month.
Added Live chat for client support: Starting next week, on business days between the hours of 10:00 am EST and 5:00 pm EST, we will have live chat support available.
