Spotify Holiday Schedule & Delivery Deadlines

Since the festive season is nearing, we wanted to share Spotify's operational timelines.


For content scheduled to go live during the festive period in December (24th of December until the 3rd of January including weekends), please make sure everything is distributed with lead times of five business days for new releases and two business days for updates and takedowns.


Any content delivered outside this time frame is at risk of not being live on time. For any special Spotify campaigns during this period, please pay particular attention to the required lead time. Spotify's automated ingestion process will continue to pull your content daily from our server as normal throughout the festive period.


Spotify will have reduced staff resources over this time, meaning the level of operational support will be lower than usual. Please bear this in mind when trying to contact Spotify's team and when making Spotify related requests with the Too Lost support team.
