SberZvuk - Further Updates

This articles is providing additional updates from our initial announcement regarding sanctions on Russian Stores/Services.

Further Sanctions & Terminating Deal

SberBank and its subsidiaries (including SberZvuk) are now subject to a full asset freeze/block under international sanctions.

We have already ceased new deliveries of content to SberZvuk. As a consequence of the latest sanctions we have now been advised that we should issue takedowns for all content previously delivered to the service.

Too Lost has written to the service informing them we are legally obliged to stop all dealings with them and that they should immediately cease all use of content delivered under our agreement.

This necessary action is not unique to Too Lost - all U.S based distributors and rights holders will most likely terminate their deals in with SberZvuk in the coming weeks, if not already.

We are still hopeful that this war will end and sanctions will resolve, so we can once again license music to SberZvuk. Our hearts and prayers go out to the people of Ukraine who have been affected by this senseless invasion.
