Google Search Can Now Identify the Songs you can't remember

Have you ever had a song in your head that you just can't put a name to?

Google has just solved that problem.

Google can now discover the name of your forgotten track via the Google Search function. All you need to do is sing or hum the tune!

Through Google’s algorithm, a song can be detected by its unique melody. Google stated each song's melody is a “unique fingerprint” and they have trained their algorithm to detect songs in different varieties; whistling, humming, human singing, and studio recordings.

Even if you aren’t a good enough singer (you probably are!) to successfully use this feature, Google provides a “most likely” option for you to look through. From there, you can select the best possible match. This new discovery feature also includes the information on the artist, the song, available lyrics, accompanying music videos and more.
